Director, Commercial Operations & Strategy

About the role

We are seeking a strategic and execution‑driven Director, Commercial Operations & Strategy to lead the transformation of our commercial workflows and drive scalable growth across all Pandora countries. This role sits at the intersection of operations, technology, and commercial strategy, ensuring our commercial teams are empowered with efficient tools, robust processes, and AI‑driven insights that eliminate manual work and unlock value.

Key responsibilities

• Commercial Operations Leadership: Manage commercial operations teams across all Pandora countries, including long‑tail account management and telesales.
• Process Excellence: Build robust SOPs and processes to ensure operational efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
• Vendor Health Strategy: Define and operationalize strategies to maintain the healthiest merchant ecosystem from acquisition to retention.
• AI Transformation: Lead adoption of intelligent automation tools such as predictive analytics and intelligent workflows.
• Cross‑Functional Project Management: Deliver strategic projects impacting commercial performance in partnership with Product, Tech, Data, and local markets.
• Performance & ROI Monitoring: Define KPIs to measure impact of operational improvements and AI initiatives.
• Change Management: Act as a key change agent to ensure successful adoption of new tools, strategies, and processes across regions.

Required profile

• 10–12 years of experience in commercial operations, strategy, or business process automation, preferably in high‑growth tech, e‑commerce, or marketplaces.
• Deep understanding of sales/account management, telesales, vendor health lifecycle, and related metrics.
• Fluency with AI integration and modern commercial tech stacks.
• Proven leadership ability to influence and inspire across functions and manage large distributed teams.
• Highly analytical, data‑driven mindset with strong stakeholder management and entrepreneurial drive.
