About the role

This is an entry‑level Business Development Executive position based island‑wide in Singapore. You will join a fast‑growing recruitment services firm and help build strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify, approach and nurture new and existing client relationships.
  • Understand job requirements and source qualified candidates through active headhunting.
  • Conduct candidate interviews and coordinate interview schedules with clients.
  • Maintain a full‑cycle recruitment process, from attraction to placement.
  • Achieve monthly sales and placement targets.

Required profile

  • Singaporean citizenship.
  • Strong communication and influencing abilities.
  • Business‑mindset with a strategic approach to meeting goals.
  • Ambitious, resilient and motivated to succeed in a sales‑driven environment.
