Business Development Manager (Singapore)

About the role

Radio Holland is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth of its Deepsea service portfolio in Singapore. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers, expanding market share, and delivering revenue and margin targets within the overall business plan.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business and acquire Deepsea customers using a structured, multi‑level relational sales approach.
• Manage a pipeline of Deepsea accounts, pursuing RFIs, RFQs, RFPs and other leads.
• Pitch and negotiate service contracts to bring client business into the global Radio Holland network.
• Prepare detailed proposals and quotations that clearly demonstrate value.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet management and purchasing teams.
• Coordinate with Global Inside Sales and Global Operations to ensure seamless opportunity capture.
• Document, validate and track all sales activities in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Proven ability to generate new business and manage a sales pipeline.
• Experience with relational, multi‑level sales processes.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with ship management and purchasing stakeholders.
• Ability to work closely with global sales and operations teams.
