Business Development Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to join our Singapore team. This full‑time, hybrid position will support the growth of our invite‑only luxury online retail and private‑shopping platform by identifying new opportunities and nurturing relationships with brands and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities across the luxury and eCommerce sectors.
• Generate and nurture leads, building pipelines to support sales targets.
• Conduct market research to analyse competitors, trends and client segments.
• Develop and maintain relationships with luxury brands, private clients and strategic partners.
• Support event‑based initiatives and online campaigns to drive engagement and revenue.
• Prepare presentations, proposals and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams and ensure accurate records in CRM and related systems.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proven experience in business development, sales or account management, preferably in luxury retail, fashion or lifestyle.
• Experience in lead generation, market research and high‑touch customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluency in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
