Campaign Manager – User Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a data‑driven Campaign Manager to lead user acquisition initiatives for BIT’s crypto, US stocks, and wealth‑management products. You will own the end‑to‑end campaign lifecycle, from strategy and execution to optimisation and reporting, with a focus on measurable user growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise acquisition campaigns across paid media, email, push notifications and in‑app channels.
• Develop and maintain campaign calendars aligned with product launches, market events and seasonal opportunities.
• Collaborate with product, growth and content teams to create compelling creatives and landing pages.
• Track and analyse performance metrics such as CPA, CVR, FTD and KYC completion rates.
• Run A/B tests on creatives, messaging, audiences and channels to improve effectiveness.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to uncover new acquisition opportunities.
• Prepare regular performance reports and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in campaign management, growth marketing or user acquisition.
• Proven track record of delivering successful new‑user acquisition campaigns with measurable results.
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data to optimise campaigns.
• Experience in fintech, crypto, brokerage or trading platforms is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent English; Mandarin is a plus.
