Senior Executive, Marketing Operations

About the role

SITLEARN, the lifelong learning arm of the Singapore Institute of Technology, is seeking a senior marketing operations specialist to keep its marketing engine running smoothly across all programmes. The role ensures budgets, timelines, collaterals and logistics are on track, enabling the team to focus on campaign execution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage marketing budget tracking and reporting across all portfolios and campaigns.
• Coordinate project timelines, task management and cross‑team workflows to keep initiatives on schedule.
• Create and validate course content such as programme descriptions, learning outcomes and trainer profiles.
• Maintain consistency of language, tone and format across all course materials and collateral.
• Handle website update requests and liaise with relevant teams for timely execution.
• Oversee physical collateral inventory, production, storage and distribution for events and campaigns.
• Coordinate event logistics, vendor liaison and on‑site arrangements for booths and sponsorships.
• Support data collation and reporting needs across the marketing team.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies for production and logistics.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, project coordination or a related field.
• Strong organisational and project‑management abilities with capacity to handle multiple concurrent timelines.
• Excellent content writing and editing skills, including AI‑assisted tools.
• Comfortable liaising with multiple stakeholders and aligning outputs.
• Detail‑oriented, process‑driven and dependable under tight deadlines.
• Adaptable to ambiguity and a fast‑changing programme landscape.
