Chef de Partie – Japanese Cuisine, 5‑day week, $4000 Join Bonus

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Chef de Partie to join our Japanese cuisine kitchen in Singapore. The role involves preparing high‑quality dishes, maintaining consistency, and supporting the team in a fast‑paced environment. You will work a 5‑day week with a total of 44 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality, presentation, and food‑preparation checklists.
• Ensure the quality and safety of all food items served.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching staff.
• Serve as a role model and motivate team members.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station and adhere to hygiene standards.

Required profile

• Relevant work experience in Japanese cuisine.
• Enjoy cooking and a willingness to learn new techniques.
• Availability to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to work in a team and follow standard operating procedures.
