About the role

Join a leading food & beverage outlet in Singapore as a Service Crew member, delivering warm guest experiences and supporting smooth front‑of‑house operations in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

Welcome and engage guests, manage reservations and seat guests efficiently.
Handle guest feedback, promote menu items, and operate POS systems for accurate cashiering.
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely order delivery.

Required profile

Minimum 1 + year experience in a food service environment.
Good communication skills and a valid Food & Beverage Hygiene Certificate (optional).
Honesty, strong integrity and a neat, professional appearance.

Required skills

Operating POS systems and basic cash handling.
Ability to work effectively during weekends and public holidays.
