Citrix Administrator – Manage Virtual Apps & Desktops

About the role

Freedom Consulting Inc. is seeking a Citrix Administrator to oversee and support its Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops environment. You will be responsible for ensuring platform stability, troubleshooting user issues, and assisting with upgrades, patching, and routine maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Support Citrix CVAD, StoreFront, Workspace, VDAs and Director.
• Provide L1/L2 troubleshooting and incident resolution.
• Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy objects.
• Assist with VMware/Hyper‑V infrastructure that underpins Citrix services.
• Perform monitoring, health checks, patching and version upgrades.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation and contribute to disaster‑recovery activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of Citrix/VDI administration experience.
• Hands‑on experience with CVAD/XenApp/XenDesktop.
• Solid knowledge of Windows Server, AD and networking fundamentals.
• Exposure to VMware or Hyper‑V is a plus.
• PowerShell scripting knowledge preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Based in Singapore and able to join on short notice.
