Class 4 Driver – Singapore

About the role

UPS is seeking a Class 4 Driver to support transport operations in Singapore. You will manage retrieval and delivery activities, ensuring timely and accurate shipments while collaborating with import/export teams and airline partners.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, complete, and submit all required documentation for retrieval and delivery tasks.
• Plan and execute optimal routes to meet collection and delivery timelines.
• Liaise with Import and Export Operations on consignment collections, deliveries, delays, and discrepancies.
• Communicate professionally with clients at points of collection or delivery.
• Coordinate with airlines and ground handling facilities.
• Ensure accurate completion and hand‑over of documents such as Retrieval Notes, MAWB, and HAWB.
• Support shipment labeling and preparation for dispatch.
• Demonstrate understanding of packaging configurations and shipment preparation requirements.

Required profile

• Valid Class 4 Singapore driving licence (forklift licence is a plus).
• Good knowledge of Singapore road networks.
• Proactive, reliable, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in courier, logistics, or freight forwarding preferred.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts (e.g., 07:30‑17:00, 09:30‑19:00, or 12:00‑21:30).
