Communications Associate

About the role

Mediacorp is seeking a Communications Associate to strengthen its corporate brand, support employee pride, and build trust with clients, partners, and the community. The role works closely with business units and the integrated marketing and communications team to manage both internal and external communications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies across mainstream media, social platforms, and other channels.
• Create and manage a pipeline of content such as media releases, social media posts, conference and town‑hall presentations.
• Craft key messages, speeches, and statements for senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Handle crisis communications and provide strategic advice to business units.
• Monitor and report on the performance of communications initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from a recognised university.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in branding, marketing communications, or journalism.
• Strong project‑management mindset and ownership.
• Excellent English writing and verbal skills; proficiency in a second language (preferably Tamil) is a plus.
