Communications Manager – Product

About the role

Grab is looking for a seasoned Communications Manager to lead product‑focused storytelling across Southeast Asia. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Communications, you will shape the narrative around Grab’s technology and product innovations, working closely with regional teams and senior executives.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and amplify Grab’s corporate brand and equity story.
• Design and execute a regional communications programme that highlights Grab’s tech and product launches, including media and influencer events.
• Enable country PR teams to deliver localized announcements for corporate, tech, and product updates.
• Manage thought‑leadership initiatives for senior executives.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with regional media outlets.
• Oversee issues management and the review process for all external communications.
• Create multi‑format content for owned channels and track PR outcomes against budget and business goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 10+ years of experience in corporate reputation management, media relations, and issues management.
• Proven track record of developing and executing communications programmes from scratch.
• Experience working in an integrated communications environment, preferably within the internet or agency sector.
• Regional or global team experience is highly desirable.
