Communications Professional – Asia Pacific

About the role

Join the Gas Services Asia Pacific team to shape and manage communications across a fast‑growing, geographically diverse region. You will support internal engagement for more than 1,200 employees and help raise the external profile of senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of communications for four major annual conferences across Asia Pacific, handling invitations, agendas, promotional content and post‑event summaries.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors in multiple countries to ensure a cohesive attendee experience.
• Develop and execute a consistent internal communications strategy, including townhalls, change announcements and newsletters.
• Administer the regional communications SharePoint site, keeping content current, engaging and accessible.
• Support customer marketing activations and craft executive‑level content for LinkedIn and thought‑leadership pieces.
• Create key messages and materials for external audiences, aligning with corporate branding and business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in a corporate communications role.
• Proven experience managing event communications, internal employee engagement and digital platforms.
• Strong collaboration, relationship‑building and critical‑thinking abilities.
