Communications Professional

About the role

Siemens Energy’s Gas Services Asia Pacific division is seeking a Communications Professional to shape and manage both internal and external communications across a fast‑growing, geographically diverse region. You will support a workforce of over 1,200 employees and help raise the profile of senior leadership throughout Asia Pacific.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of communications for four major annual conferences across Thailand, Malaysia, Australia, and Korea, including invitations, agendas, promotional content, and post‑event summaries.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors in multiple countries to ensure a cohesive, professional event experience.
• Develop and execute a consistent internal communications strategy for the region, managing townhalls, change announcements, newsletters, and the regional SharePoint site.
• Support customer marketing activations and craft content that enhances senior leaders’ external visibility, including LinkedIn presence and thought‑leadership pieces.
• Create key messages and materials for external audiences, aligning with corporate branding and business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or a related field.
• 2–5 years of corporate communications experience covering events, employee engagement and digital platforms.
• Proven ability to manage communications for large‑scale events and internal audiences.
• Strong collaboration, relationship‑building and critical‑thinking skills.
