Communications Specialist

About the role

The Communications Specialist will design and deliver communication programmes that support large‑scale digital transformation, process standardisation and technology adoption across the organisation. The role blends change‑management storytelling with multimedia production to keep employees informed, engaged and ready to adopt new ways of working.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute communication strategies that explain what is changing, why it matters and how it impacts individuals.
• Create change narratives and targeted campaigns to drive awareness, readiness and sustained adoption.
• Produce engaging multimedia assets – videos, animations, infographics, newsletters, presentations and digital campaigns – using storytelling and visual design techniques.
• Maintain communication assets, content calendars and publishing schedules across multiple channels.
• Partner with business leaders, project teams, SMEs and change practitioners to align messaging with stakeholder personas.
• Support leadership communications, town‑hall meetings, roadshows and other engagement activities.
• Monitor communication effectiveness and adoption metrics, using audience insights to continuously improve strategies.
• Leverage AI and digital tools to enhance content creation and audience experience.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in communications, employee engagement, change management, digital media or marketing communications.
• Demonstrated ability to design and launch communication campaigns, video content and visual storytelling assets.
• Strong writing, presentation and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
