Community Engagement Manager – 2 Year Contract

About the role

CapitaLand Investment Limited is seeking a proactive Community Engagement Manager on a two‑year contract to energise tenant communities across its Workspace properties. You will design and deliver programmes that attract, retain and delight tenants while supporting the broader marketing strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Curate regular online and in‑person programmes, campaigns and retail promotions in collaboration with tenants, partners and government agencies.
• Develop all communication assets, including e‑mail newsletters, website copy, social media posts and mobile‑app content.
• Promote programmes through digital displays, social channels and the CapitaStar@Work app to maximise awareness and participation.
• Monitor feedback, respond to queries and maintain programme performance dashboards.
• Build and nurture relationships with tenant representatives, partners and agencies to secure participation.
• Identify business opportunities and collaborations that enhance community engagement.
• Collect, analyse and report on programme outcomes and continuously improve offerings.
• Track programme budgets, expenditures and support major Workspace events such as groundbreaking ceremonies.
• Assist other Workspace teams with marketing collateral and editorial tasks.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or a related field.
• 4‑5 years of experience in community engagement, event management or digital marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility, ability to multi‑task and see projects through to completion.
