Community Executive

About the role

AI Singapore (AISG) is seeking a Community Executive to lead and grow its vibrant AI community. Based at Nanyang Technological University, you will coordinate online and offline events, engage members, and create compelling content that supports AISG’s national AI initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, promote and execute regular and ad‑hoc community events such as webinars, AMAs, meetups and workshops.
• Serve as the primary point of contact on community platforms, respond to inquiries, monitor brand sentiment and coordinate technical support.
• Adapt and produce engaging content, manage editorial calendars and optimise material for lead generation and member retention.
• Gather member feedback, analyse community metrics and report insights to internal teams to drive growth and ROI.

Required profile

• Degree with at least three years of experience in Developer Relations, community operations, corporate communications, hospitality management or digital communications.
• Platform‑savvy with knowledge of media platforms, community engagement tools, marketing automation and digital communication tools.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Portfolio, website or links to communities previously managed.
