Community Relations Manager

About the role

The Community Relations Manager will work within the Community Partnerships Department of HDB’s Community Relations Group. The role focuses on engaging heartland communities, promoting understanding of HDB policies and programmes, and strengthening community bonds through innovative outreach initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Strategise, direct and execute multi‑audience integrated programmes and campaigns that align with HDB’s objectives.
• Manage delivery of campaign plans, including resource deployment, solution integration and implementation.
• Develop and oversee digital, social media and content strategies that reinforce the HDB brand and reach target audiences effectively.
• Conceptualise and implement partnership strategies, school outreach programmes and community engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, volunteers and partners to design and deliver community events and programmes.

Required profile

• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment, including occasional weekends and after‑hours work.
• Strong organisational, project‑management and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills.
• Highly motivated, capable of meeting tight deadlines and working both independently and as part of a team.
