Content Quality and Evaluation Team Lead – Eco & Social Creation

About the role

The Content Quality and Evaluation Team Lead will head a group of specialists responsible for building and maintaining high‑quality "Golden Sets" that serve as ground truth for platform policies, AI model evaluation, and global enforcement. This role bridges operations, algorithm, product, and global teams to turn data insights into system‑wide improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the production of high‑quality datasets, focusing on long‑tail, high‑risk, and edge‑case content for model training and policy enforcement.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses on contentious safety cases, translating macro policies into clear SOPs and operational guidelines.
• Manage quality performance across multiple workflows, driving continuous efficiency and accuracy improvements.
• Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration with Operations, Algorithm, Product, and global teams to identify system vulnerabilities and enhance both human review and AI interception.
• Systematize QA methodologies, establish daily QA mechanisms, and track core data metrics.
• Proactively identify quality risks, assess impact, and implement agile mitigation strategies.
• Develop team capability through personnel development, resource allocation, and operational management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 2 years of team‑management experience.
• Deep understanding of content safety policies and guidelines.
• Strong analytical, content‑analysis, and summarisation abilities.
• Excellent English communication and logical thinking skills.
