Corporate Assistant (Entry Level)

About the role

Techzu, a fast‑growing Singapore tech company, is looking for an entry‑level Corporate Assistant to support the Managing Director. This hands‑on position offers direct exposure to leadership and involves managing daily administrative tasks that keep the business running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the MD’s calendar, meetings, inbox, travel arrangements and prepare meeting materials.
• Take notes, track action items, send reminders and flag potential delays.
• Coordinate with departments for status updates and compile concise summaries for the MD.
• Handle invoices, expense claims, basic bookkeeping entry and prepare accounts payable for approval.
• Draft simple HR paperwork such as offer letters, maintain employee records and schedule interviews.
• Maintain confidential documents and ensure company records are well‑organized.
• Monitor office and pantry supplies, ordering when needed and keeping meeting spaces tidy.

Required profile

• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to stay calm under shifting priorities.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Chinese is a plus but not required.
• Trustworthy with confidential information and proactive with a can‑do attitude.

Required skills

• Familiarity with ChatGPT or similar AI tools for productivity.
