Corporate Controller

About the role

The leading global investment firm in Singapore is looking for a Corporate Controller to join its finance team. You will act as an independent reviewer and contributor, delivering accurate financial reporting across multiple entities and supporting strategic decisions with insightful analyses.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial close and reporting processes.
• Oversee accounting, consolidation and preparation of financial statements.
• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Manage external and internal audit processes.
• Partner with the CFO, FP&A and business leaders on financial analysis and strategic initiatives.
• Lead and develop the corporate accounting team.
• Drive process improvements, automation and finance systems enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; CPA/ACCA/CA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including controllership experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS.
• Experience with multi‑entity consolidation, internal controls and audits.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
