Head of Controlling

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical Head of Controlling to join our regional team in Singapore. The role will oversee SG&A controlling, free cash flow reporting and the consolidation of the three brands within the Delivery Hero portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the SG&A controlling team and manage end‑to‑end personnel and non‑personnel expense processes across foodora, foodpanda and Yemeksepeti.
• Oversee technical consolidation of brand financials, ensuring compliance with Group guidelines and delivering accurate high‑level figures.
• Drive free cash flow reporting excellence and develop advanced dashboards for local, regional and management teams.
• Collaborate with Regional Finance, Country Leaders and People & Culture to align headcount and cost strategies with business growth.
• Standardise financial policies such as FTE tracking and intercompany invoicing across the region.
• Build complex financial models to support strategic decisions and automate reporting processes.

Required profile

• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Controlling or FP&A, with proven team‑leadership experience.
• Background in fast‑paced industries such as tech, e‑commerce or logistics.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex data into clear narratives for senior management.
• Demonstrated stakeholder‑management ability across diverse regional teams.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Experience with OneStream or Anaplan (preferred).
