Customer Service Associate – Group Contact Centre

About the role

The Senior/Customer Service Associate works in the Group Contact Centre of Ng Teng Fong General Hospital, handling patient and public enquiries, appointment scheduling and other hotline functions. You will operate in a fast‑paced environment, supporting complex healthcare needs while delivering courteous service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and assistance to callers, understanding their needs.
• Book, reschedule, or cancel appointments as requested.
• Manage email enquiries, referral requests and emergency activation calls.
• Coordinate with other hospital departments to ensure timely follow‑up and resolution of requests.
• Perform other administrative tasks related to the hotline.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Preferably 1–2 years experience in a healthcare, contact‑centre or service environment.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and a mother‑tongue language.
• Cheerful personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask and adapt to a fast‑moving setting.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including public holidays, weekends and standby duties.
