Customer Service Representative – Mandarin

About the role

You will deliver excellent support to partner brands' customers via phone, email and other channels, ensuring first‑contact resolution and high satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent support experience to customers via phone lines, emails and other communication channels.
• Identify customers' needs, research issues and deliver strategic solutions while clarifying any confusion.
• Ensure first‑contact resolution and follow‑up with service partners and internal departments to close cases according to service standards.
• Provide constructive feedback on tools, resources, procedures and guidelines to improve workflow and the customer experience.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
• Perform other duties assigned by management related to the Quality Management System.

Required profile

• Diploma or GCE ‘O’ Level with at least 2 years of experience handling contact‑centre cases.
• Bilingual with strong spoken and written English and Mandarin.
• Proficient in MS Office applications with excellent keyboard skills.
• Good customer handling skills with a positive mindset.
• Team player able to adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong time‑management skills and motivation to exceed expectations.
• Comfortable working with computers and multiple systems.
