Customer Service Executive

About the role

The Customer Service Executive will be the first point of contact for visitors at the LIXIL Experience Center, delivering a high‑level customer experience and promoting the LIXIL brand. The role involves welcoming clients, handling enquiries via phone and email, and ensuring each visit is tailored to the client’s needs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a showroom setting, including greeting walk‑in clients and managing phone and email enquiries.
• Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is organized and presentable at all times.
• Execute store opening and closing procedures according to SOPs.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, project, retail, training) to resolve client issues and support promotional activities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales and traffic reports and assist with promotional campaigns.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (Nitec/Higher Nitec).
• 3‑5 years of experience in a customer‑facing role.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Professional appearance and high integrity.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office.
• Experience using POS systems.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (bonus).
