Cyber Security Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Operations Engineer to join our team and provide on‑site operations, maintenance, administration, and technical support for critical security platforms. The role focuses on ensuring the availability and integrity of our network and endpoint defenses.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain on‑site cybersecurity platforms.
• Administer and monitor Palo Alto perimeter firewalls.
• Support and manage Cloudflare DDoS mitigation services.
• Maintain CyberArk privileged access management solutions.
• Operate Carbon Black EDR, respond to alerts, and perform endpoint investigations.
• Conduct troubleshooting, patching, log analysis, and incident response activities.
• Document procedures, configurations, and produce operational reports.
• Collaborate with internal IT and security teams to ensure compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in cybersecurity operations or SOC support.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work on‑site and interact with cross‑functional teams.
