Demand Supply Planner / Master Scheduler

About the role

The Demand Supply Planner / Master Scheduler will lead the master scheduling process, aligning demand and supply across the organization. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate forecasting, material availability, and on‑time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and coordinate the master schedule, managing an 8‑12 quarter forward‑looking demand‑vs‑supply process.
• Present the overall business plan at the Master Schedule meeting.
• Analyze forecast demand fluctuations and assess impact on customer orders and material support.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Finance, Logistics and other stakeholders to optimise the build plan and respond quickly to changes.
• Execute and maintain accuracy of MRP loading and validation.
• Develop and maintain key performance metrics for the scheduling function.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, a technical field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Master Production Scheduling (MPS), MRP planning and inventory management.
• Strong analytical abilities and effective communication skills.
• Self‑driven team player able to work under pressure with a sense of urgency.
• Adaptability to a fast‑paced work environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with MRP processes in SAP.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.
• Working knowledge of VBA for macro development.
