Digital and eCommerce Consultant (D2C)

About the role

We are looking for a results‑oriented Digital and eCommerce Consultant to drive direct‑to‑consumer (D2C) growth, boost online sales and enhance customer engagement through innovative, data‑driven strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute end‑to‑end D2C strategies to increase online revenue and strengthen brand presence.
• Optimize the consumer journey using CRM, marketing automation and loyalty programmes.
• Identify and pursue B2B opportunities across multiple channels.
• Leverage data analytics to uncover trends, improve commercial performance and generate performance reports.
• Lead promotional initiatives such as Gift with Purchase (GWP) and exclusive merchandise roll‑outs.
• Collaborate with global teams to define requirements and optimise D2C sites.
• Enhance website and mobile UX through UX‑UI tools and A/B testing to improve conversion rates.
• Design and execute digital media plans across paid and organic channels.
• Work closely with marketing, design and customer service teams to ensure a seamless online experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, eCommerce or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience driving D2C growth.
• Proven proficiency with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento or Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and consumer behaviour.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
• Track record of delivering measurable D2C results.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a diverse team.
• Willingness to travel as required.
