Digital Campaign Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Campaign Specialist to join Mediacorp's Commercial Operations team. You will work closely with Sales, Solutions and other internal stakeholders to translate campaign requirements into effective digital executions across Mediacorp's digital inventory, social platforms and relevant third‑party platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end execution of digital and paid social campaigns, from briefing and setup through launch, optimisation, reporting and closure.
• Coordinate campaign delivery across Mediacorp's digital properties, social media channels and third‑party platforms.
• Review media plans, creative assets, targeting parameters and tracking requirements to ensure accurate setup.
• Monitor campaign pacing, performance against KPIs and proactively address under‑delivery or operational risks.
• Prepare timely performance reports and conduct post‑campaign reviews to capture learnings.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase workflow efficiency and accuracy.

Required profile

• Highly organised and detail‑oriented.
• Digitally savvy with hands‑on experience managing digital and paid social campaigns.
• Experience in a fast‑paced media, advertising or agency environment.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns while maintaining service standards.
