Digital Creative Designer – Remote (4+ years experience)

About the role

Inventrik is seeking a Digital Creative Designer to transform ideas into engaging, visually addictive digital experiences. You will work remotely on gamification, loyalty, rewards and customer‑engagement projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design gamified and interactive experiences for loyalty and rewards programs.
• Create UI screens, landing pages, digital campaigns and marketing creatives.
• Develop characters, illustrations, icons, game elements, GIFs and animations.
• Produce new visual concepts that capture attention and drive engagement.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent visual eye, strong sense of typography, colour, composition and hierarchy.
• Ability to turn rough ideas into polished creative solutions.
• Passion for simple, fun, and engaging digital experiences.
• Curiosity to experiment with emerging AI and design technologies.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and collaborate remotely.
• Experience in SaaS, digital products, gamification, gaming, loyalty or consumer brands is a plus.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator.
• AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Recraft, Adobe Firefly.
• Figma for UI design, layouts, prototypes and digital experiences.
• Familiarity with ChatGPT, Runway, Spline, Canva (optional).
