Digital Executive – eCommerce & CRM Operations

About the role

The Digital Executive will support daily operations of the group’s digital platforms, including eCommerce sites, CRM tools and the loyalty programme across multiple brands. You will ensure a seamless customer experience by maintaining product listings, executing digital campaigns and managing customer engagement activities.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage product listings, collections, banners, promotions and discount codes on the eCommerce website.
• Support online campaign execution such as product launches, seasonal promotions and marketing initiatives.
• Monitor website performance, perform basic checks for product availability, pricing accuracy and content updates.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Creative, Customer Service, Logistics and external vendors to deliver initiatives on time.
• Track eCommerce performance metrics (sales, conversion rate, AOV) and prepare simple reports.
• Plan and execute CRM campaigns via email, WhatsApp and push notifications, including segmentation and scheduling.
• Monitor CRM metrics (open, click‑through and conversion rates) and generate basic performance reports.
• Assist with day‑to‑day loyalty programme operations, member communications, rewards, promotions and customer enquiries.
• Analyse loyalty programme data and share insights to drive membership growth and retention.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in eCommerce, Marketing, Business or Digital Marketing.
• 1–2 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, CRM or a related role.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and email‑marketing tools.
• Experience with loyalty‑programme management tools.
• Basic understanding of eCommerce metrics such as conversion rate and average order value.
