Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the company’s online visibility and engagement across search engines, AI-driven answer platforms, and social media. You will shape content strategy, drive paid campaigns, and translate data into actionable insights to support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Improve visibility across search engines and emerging AI/answer experiences.
• Optimize site and content discoverability through SEO and content optimisation.
• Build and manage a content roadmap that supports both reach and conversion.
• Formulate and own social media strategy, planning calendars across key platforms.
• Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns, managing budgets, targeting, testing and performance.
• Track, report and recommend solutions to improve performance across marketing channels.
• Translate data from various platforms into meaningful insights and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate content and campaign workflows while maintaining brand standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience, preferably in retail, luxury or e‑commerce.
• Proven ability to run multi‑channel initiatives from planning through execution and optimisation.
• Strong analytical mindset to guide creative decisions and campaign optimisation.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project ownership skills.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity in fast‑evolving AI and search landscapes.
