Marketing Intern – Social Media & Content

About the role

TutorJohn Learning Centre is seeking a creative and proactive Marketing Intern to support its brand presence, create engaging content, and help drive student enrolments across its Singapore locations.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns to generate awareness and enrolments.
• Assist in managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and maintain monthly content calendars.
• Create engaging content such as posts, Reels, TikTok videos, photography, and marketing visuals.
• Help with copywriting for captions, advertisements, brochures, posters, and EDMs.
• Assist with Meta Ads, Google Ads, basic SEO, website updates, and performance tracking.
• Research trends, competitor activities, and identify content opportunities.
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, influencers, and external partners.
• Prepare simple marketing reports and provide observations for improvement.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media, Design or related field.
• Strong interest in social media, content creation and digital marketing.
• Comfortable appearing on‑camera and working independently while collaborating with a team.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools.
• Basic video editing using CapCut or similar.
• Understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital analytics.
