About the role
Manage and optimise e‑commerce operations across multiple platforms to drive sales growth, enhance customer experience, and ensure efficient inventory and order management.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all e‑commerce activities on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada and Amazon, including e‑merchandising, site layout and product portfolio management.
- Coordinate promotional strategies, marketing materials and e‑commerce campaigns with internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee order processing, cancellations, returns and inventory forecasting to maintain operational accuracy and stock availability.
- Monitor cross‑platform performance metrics, prepare detailed reports and analyse KPIs to support strategic decisions.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing e‑commerce platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet goals.
- Ability to multi‑task and operate independently in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
