Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Cintra is seeking a Digital Marketing & Account Executive to manage paid media campaigns while serving as the main day‑to‑day contact for assigned clients. This hybrid position combines hands‑on campaign execution with client servicing, aiming to deliver measurable results and maintain strong, trusted relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build, launch and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Xiaohongshu and other relevant platforms.
• Set up campaign structures, audiences, bidding strategies, budgets and technical back‑end requirements according to best practices.
• Write and coordinate ad copy and assemble suitable static, video and carousel creatives.
• Monitor performance, optimise bids, budgets, audiences, placements and creatives, and conduct A/B testing.
• Manage budget pacing to avoid over‑ or under‑spending against agreed monthly budgets.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, building trusted professional relationships.
• Coordinate deliverables across internal teams, freelancers and external partners.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Relevant experience in performance marketing, digital advertising or client account management.
• Hands‑on experience managing campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Familiarity with campaign tracking, analytics and reporting tools.
• Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines and priorities independently.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and proactive in identifying potential issues.
