Digital Project Manager (2+ Years Experience)

About the role

Hipster Inc is seeking a proactive Digital Project Manager to lead multiple technology projects in a fast‑paced, global environment. You will act as the bridge between clients and development teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage several digital and technology projects simultaneously, breaking them into clear tasks, milestones, and deliverables.
• Gather and translate client business requirements into actionable items for developers, designers, and QA teams.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, designers, QA, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, blockers, and change requests.
• Conduct regular project meetings, provide progress updates, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Oversee development, testing, UAT, deployment, and post‑launch activities, reviewing deliverables before client submission.
• Identify risks early and propose practical mitigation solutions.
• Manage client expectations and communicate across international time zones.
• Participate in technology planning, including tools, workflows, and delivery processes.
• Support critical deployments outside normal office hours when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience managing digital or technology projects.
• Hands‑on experience with software development, web/mobile applications, SaaS, cloud, system integration, or enterprise platforms.
• Direct experience working with developers, designers, QA engineers, and clients.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance).
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and organizational abilities.
• Fluent written and spoken English with clear communication for technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced startup environment and take ownership of outcomes.
