Director, Corporate Finance & Treasury

About the role

The Director, Corporate Finance & Treasury will lead the financing strategy for real‑estate investments, overseeing debt sourcing, structuring and treasury operations. This senior position reports to senior leadership and manages a high‑performing finance team.

Key responsibilities

• Source and negotiate debt financing for new investments and refinancing of real‑estate assets.
• Lead financial and tax structuring, reviewing due‑diligence findings for each transaction.
• Prepare and finalize loan documentation to enable draw‑downs.
• Own and manage the loan portfolio, monitoring interest costs, covenants and refinancing needs.
• Produce loan compliance reports and ensure regulatory adherence.
• Oversee treasury functions, including bank account management, KYC, loan rollovers and hedging.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet cash‑flow requirements.
• Lead, develop, and motivate a team of finance professionals.

Required profile

• Degree in Accountancy.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, treasury or real‑estate financing.
• Proven experience in similar senior finance roles is an advantage.
• Self‑motivated, meticulous, and able to work independently with strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across functions and seniority levels.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
