E-Merchandiser, South Asia

About the role

The E‑Merchandiser leads the execution of the digital merchandising strategy for selected product categories on LV.com and the LV App across the South Asia region. The role focuses on increasing product visibility, driving online conversion, and enhancing the overall client journey.

Key responsibilities

• Support and execute the e‑merchandising strategy aligned with business priorities and commercial targets.
• Coordinate planning and launch of new products, ensuring timely and accurate online visibility.
• Provide insights to the Merchandising team during showrooms to influence buying decisions.
• Curate product presentation, optimize catalog structure, sorting, and recommendations to boost conversion.
• Identify and implement improvements to search, navigation, discoverability, and content accuracy.
• Monitor product, traffic, and client performance; translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Prepare reports on sales, traffic, sell‑through, visibility, and navigation metrics.
• Track competitor activities and market trends to uncover strategic opportunities.
• Collaborate with Supply, Merchandising, CRM, IT, Communications, and Client Service teams for seamless product launches and digital campaigns.
• Contribute to ad‑hoc e‑merchandising projects and assist with User Acceptance Testing.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital merchandising, preferably within the luxury or fashion sector.
