Electrical BIM Modeller – Data Center

About the role

We are seeking an Electrical BIM Modeller with data‑center experience to create accurate 3‑D electrical models and drawings for critical infrastructure. The role supports engineers and project teams by delivering detailed shop drawings, as‑built models, and documentation for construction and installation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3‑D electrical layouts for data‑center infrastructure using BIM tools.
• Model cable trays, conduits, switchgear, UPS systems, generators, transformers and power distribution networks.
• Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts with mechanical, structural and architectural models.
• Update models in response to design changes and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Produce shop drawings, as‑built models and related documentation for construction teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in BIM/Revit electrical modeling for data‑center projects.
• Strong knowledge of data‑center electrical components such as UPS, PDU, busway, grounding and cable management.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with MEP, structural and architectural disciplines.
• Familiarity with construction drawings and BIM standards.
