About the role
You will join the professional team in the Emergency Department of a major hospital, providing direct patient care. This position is focused on delivering high‑quality nursing services in a fast‑paced, acute‑care environment. The role is offered on a two‑year contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver personal patient care to individuals presenting to the Emergency Department.
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses and allied health staff to ensure coordinated treatment.
- Perform shift work, including nights and weekends, as required by department staffing needs.
- Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to hospital protocols.
Required profile
- Possession of at least a NITEC in Nursing.
- State Enrolled Nurse qualification.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred (no experience also considered).
- Highly motivated with the ability to work effectively in a team and a fast‑paced environment.
