About the role
We are seeking qualified Home Care Nurses / Senior Staff Nurses to deliver safe, competent and individualized nursing care across Singapore. The role involves direct patient care, coordination with physicians and support for patients and their families.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure nursing care services are safe, competent and individualized.
- Maintain documentation, treatment records, patient monitoring and infection control standards.
- Communicate and build rapport with patients, families and caregivers.
- Coordinate care with physicians, evaluate patient conditions and act as liaison.
- Administer medication and perform wound dressing as required.
- Follow up to ensure continuity of patient care and treatment plans.
Required profile
- Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board.
- Minimum Diploma in Nursing.
- Bedside nursing experience.
Required skills
- Medication administration.
- Wound dressing.
What we offer
- Salary up to SGD 7,500 (based on experience and qualifications).
- 5‑day work week, office hours 8 am–5:30 pm.
- Islandwide assignments.
- AWS and 2–3 months bonus.
