Enterprise Account Manager

About the role

fileAI is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of strategic, high‑potential accounts. Based in Singapore, you will act as the primary commercial contact for enterprise customers after the sale, helping them realise measurable business value from the fileForge platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts, driving renewal, expansion and net‑revenue growth.
• Develop and execute account plans that align customer goals, business priorities and whitespace opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with executive sponsors, business stakeholders and operational champions.
• Identify, qualify and progress upsell, cross‑sell and expansion opportunities.
• Lead commercial conversations, including pricing, contract negotiations and multi‑year partnership planning.
• Partner with Customer Success and Solutions teams to ensure adoption and value realisation.
• Conduct strategic account reviews and executive business reviews to reinforce outcomes and create growth momentum.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing enterprise accounts in a high‑growth, B2B environment.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex buying groups and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving renewal and expansion targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
