Enterprise Sales Director

About the role

Boku is looking for an Enterprise Sales Director to own and close high‑value, multi‑stakeholder enterprise opportunities across its global payment infrastructure platform. The role blends senior hunting and closing responsibilities with disciplined pipeline management to turn validated leads into long‑term merchant partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and own complex enterprise sales cycles in assigned regions.
• Close multi‑stakeholder deals, driving negotiations, contract finalisation and RFP processes.
• Develop and execute structured opportunity progression plans for leads generated by Sales Executives.
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and provide feedback on opportunity quality.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Legal and Delivery teams to ensure competitive positioning and operational feasibility.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of enterprise B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record of closing complex, high‑value enterprise deals.
• Strong commercial negotiation skills and ability to manage senior merchant stakeholders.
• Experience leading and coaching Sales Executives through deal cycles.
