Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant

About the role

KOS International is looking for a highly motivated Recruitment Consultant to join its dynamic team. This position is ideal for recent graduates who want to start a career in talent acquisition and enjoy working in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Research and source potential candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess fit for open positions.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing guidance throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver suitable talent.
• Prepare candidate reports and present top candidates to clients.
• Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with both candidates and clients.
• Track recruitment metrics and suggest improvements to sourcing strategies.
• Participate in networking events and industry conferences to expand the talent pool.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Prior exposure to recruitment, HR, sales, or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Strong passion for helping people succeed in their careers.
