EUC Operations Manager – Lead Desktop Engineering Team

About the role

We are looking for a customer‑focused Operations Manager to lead End User Computing (EUC) services across Lenovo’s client organization. The role oversees desktop support, endpoint management and the overall end‑user experience while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of 20+ desktop engineers, ensuring timely resolution of incidents, requests and problem tickets.
• Provide EUC support that meets SLA and XLA targets and maintains high customer satisfaction.
• Manage VIP support services, asset lifecycle, device compliance and endpoint security for laptops, desktops, mobile devices and peripherals.
• Coordinate meeting‑room and AV system setups, onboarding/off‑boarding activities and device deployments.
• Plan and execute EUC projects such as hardware refreshes, OS upgrades (Windows, macOS), software updates and equipment relocations.
• Oversee external vendors for device repair and maintain up‑to‑date support documentation and SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures and agency requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing desktop support or EUC operations in a large‑scale environment.
• Strong customer orientation with a track record of meeting service level agreements.
• Ability to lead and coach a technical team and collaborate with service delivery, service desk and cross‑functional partners.
