Events Marketing Associate (Entry-level)

About the role

Excelsior Marketing is looking for an Events Marketing Associate to join our Singapore office. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will manage the planning, execution and post‑event follow‑up for client events, working closely with both clients and internal teams to deliver engaging and seamless experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of client events, from concept to delivery.
• Execute event logistics, manage vendors, and ensure on‑site operations run smoothly.
• Conduct post‑event analysis and follow‑up to measure success and gather feedback.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to align event objectives with brand strategy.

Required profile

• Passion for events and marketing with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or related field is a plus, but candidates with no prior experience are welcome as training will be provided.
