About the role

Join the opening team of Avani Singapore as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant, supporting the General Manager and pre‑opening leadership team. This fast‑paced position offers the chance to contribute to the launch of a landmark lifestyle hotel and work closely with senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage calendars, arrange travel, and provide administrative support for the General Manager and leadership team.
• Coordinate pre‑opening projects, track operational readiness, and handle documentation.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, presentations, reports, and business correspondence.
• Facilitate cross‑functional meetings and ensure timely follow‑up on action items.
• Act as a primary contact for internal teams, corporate offices, external partners, and stakeholders.
• Maintain confidential records and business documents with professionalism.
• Support onboarding and coordination of new team members during the pre‑opening phase.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams.
• Previous exposure to hospitality, real estate, aviation, or multinational organisations is preferred.
• Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail, and high discretion.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
