About the role
The Senior Guest Service Ambassador will create memorable experiences for visitors at the Singapore Discovery Centre, ensuring safety and satisfaction throughout their visit.
Key responsibilities
- Engage guests with informative narrations across exhibits, attractions and activities such as Laser Tag, Escape Room and Crossfire Blaster.
- Perform operational duties at ticketing, memberships, retail, exhibitions and mascot appearances.
- Handle monetary transactions, daily collections and respond to telephone/email inquiries.
- Conduct guided tours, safety checks, basic equipment maintenance and first‑aid response when needed.
Required profile
- ITE or Diploma in Tourism (fresh graduates welcome).
- Customer‑centric mindset with passion for exceptional service.
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends.
- Comfortable speaking to audiences of varying sizes and interacting with diverse visitors.
