Executive Assistant to Chief Revenue Officer

About the role

Airwallex is seeking an Executive & Personal Assistant to support its Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). The role acts as the trusted liaison between the CRO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring the executive can focus on high‑impact priorities by handling a wide range of administrative and personal tasks in a fast‑paced, global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the CRO’s complex business and personal calendars across multiple time zones.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders requesting the CRO’s time or action.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, venue and technology setup, and minute taking.
• Arrange travel for the executive and family, covering flights, hotels, transfers, visas, and itinerary planning.
• Oversee business expenses, personal invoices, bill payments and insurance reimbursements.
• Handle household operations such as vendor management, housekeeper coordination, and reservation scheduling.
• Organise meals, appointments and other personal commitments for the executive and family.

Required profile

• Exceptional organisational and communication abilities.
• Proven experience triaging and prioritising high‑volume requests.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, global environment with shifting priorities.
• Discreet handling of confidential business and personal information.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.
