Executive Business Partner – APAC

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Business Partner to support the General Manager, APAC and the VP, APAC Sales at OpenAI’s Singapore office. The role provides high‑trust, proactive assistance that enables senior leaders to focus on strategic initiatives across the Asia‑Pacific region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage highly dynamic calendars, schedule meetings across multiple time zones, and coordinate complex travel itineraries.
• Handle internal and external communications, ensuring clear and timely information flow.
• Maintain operating rhythms and alignment between regional teams, headquarters, and market stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for HQ executives visiting APAC, arranging local context, logistics, and meeting schedules.
• Build strong relationships with immediate team members and cross‑functional partners to facilitate high‑stakes projects.
• Anticipate needs, streamline processes, and create systems that improve executive efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an executive business partner or senior executive assistant in a fast‑moving, high‑growth environment.
• Excellent judgment, discretion, and the ability to act quickly without sacrificing precision.
• Cross‑cultural fluency and strong communication skills, with fluency in English.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a passion for creating order and scalable processes.
